Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time 6-8 business days.
All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm IST. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 6 pm IST are processed the next business day. All packages are delivered between Monday through Saturday.
Stock items ship out within 48-72 hours, unless otherwise noted. Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed.
Items that are ‘made to order’ ship out in 7-10 business days.
Custom items can take between 6-15 business days to ship.

Return policy

We know that you are going to love affhair’s accessories – that doesn’t mean we take you for granted. All our products are shipped from Delhi.
Conditions: Please reach out to us via Email or Instagram DM to share your return reason.
Your return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved.
Items are in original condition (unworn and unwashed).
The shipping cost to return the item is payable by the customer, and our customer care executive will help you through the same.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on used products due to hygiene reasons (We do not sell the used products – instead donate it to second-hand shops of our choice)
A photographic evidence of why you need the return to take place is must
Affhair reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Due to the limited nature of our product, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item/s will be in stock once we receive your return.
CAN I CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make amendments to any online orders after your order is placed.
If you’ve made a typo on your order, email weloveaffhair@gmail.com immediately, and we might be able to amend your order if it hasn’t yet been processed.
Wrong addresses/Return to Sender
If you have keyed in the wrong address, we can change it before we fulfill it. But, if the order has been fulfilled and if the parcel comes back to us (sometimes it may not, and that is not our responsibility) due to the wrong address or any other reasons out of Affhair’s control, the customer incurs a re-delivery charge of INR 100. Please make sure the address you provide us is right and double-check before completing the purchase.
No return, exchange or refund is offered on sale items. All sale priced sales are final. Shipping cost is not refunded.
Customers will bear the cost of return shipping and are responsible for lost or missing returns if sent without the tracking.
Sale items purchased (FINAL SALE) cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully and get in touch at weloveaffhair@gmail.com if you need help finding the right pieces before purchase.
